I was just looking at your FB page for Great Plains and I thought I should drop you a line. Our little Peanut is adorable. I love her so much! She is so smart and we are loving our puppy classes with Dawn at Canadian Canine Academy. She is doing really well with those classes. We are teaching her to “leave it” and tonight I used cheese as the lure. She left it! She is soooo clever!

I would have to say that I probably enjoy her most of all. I highly suspect she will be my dog. I should encourage and foster her relation with everyone else. Anyway. I’m sure I will keep in touch over time and give more updates. I just wanted you to know that we are loving her and taking good care of her. I’m glad she’s come to live at our house. It truly fills the void that we’ve had since we lost our Tika.

Dear Heidi and Family,

I really love Teddy! With him, each day begins with him bringing a wide smile to my face. It is a pleasure sharing him with the many neighbours of all ages who also depend on an encounter with Teddy that will bring a happy beginning for each of the their days. So much of Teddy’s temperament must be credited to you and your family. Clearly he had a start to his life filled with outstanding parents, and caring, training, discipline and, so much love from your entire family. Thank you for giving Teddy such a good start!

Hi Heidi,
We just wanted to update you on Lulu. We have had her just over a year and we all love her to pieces. She is the most gentle dog, we have only heard her bark once, when she was startled by the car starting. She spent a lot of time last summer at the baseball diamond and we took her to the cabin for a week where she went for boat and kayak rides.

She loves going for a walk every evening, and gets antsy if we take too long doing the supper dishes first.

She is the most cuddly dog, and will run to the entrance of the living room and wait for us to sit on the couch so she can jump up on our lap. She enjoys going to the dog park, but would rather explore the bushes and trees on her own instead of playing with other dogs. Thanks so much for Lulu!
